29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  At a worksite located at lot 42 of the Villas at Tall Grass in Pleasant Hill MO, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than six feet.  The employer exposed the employee to the fall hazard by allowing the employee to work on the roof of a structure near the edge without any fall protection or mitigation measures in place.  R & C Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1343696, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/15/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2409 SE Ridge LIne Dr, Blue Springs, MO 64015.
