At the jobsite located at 2509 west 180th street, OVERLAND PARK, KS 66085, employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the stairwell side was not protected, exposing employees to a engaged in residential framing activities without use of fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards of approx. 8.6 feet to the lower level.

R & C Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1343696, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/15/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2409 SE Ridge Line Drive, Blue Springs, MO 64015.
