29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer's written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present. Employees used flammable paints, thinners, fuels, chlorinated pool chemicals, and various cleaning products, and the list of hazardous chemicals did not contain all chemicals used in the facility. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards. The Garden Villa Hotel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1275395, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 800 Pale San Vitores Road, Tamuning, Guam 96913.
