The step height was between approximately 10.75 and 11 inches in height.

The junction box was open, with wires protruding from the box.

Two relocatable power taps and an extension cord were found to be powered by one outlet.

29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1):All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: Location: Main shop, 44 R Elm Street, Amesbury On or about 4/20/22, the employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead, including, but not limited to the following instances; a) A work surface table in the main shop where windows are glazed was found to have a surface concentration of 632.7500 micrograms per 100cm2. b) A door handle leading to the wood shop was found to have a surface concentration of 116.5700 micrograms. c) A door handle leading to the main shop from the wood shop was found to have a surface concentration of 100.7600 micrograms. Or in the alternative: 1926.62(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: Location: Main shop, 44 R Elm Street, Amesbury On or about 4/20/22, the employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead, including, but not limited to the following instances; a) A work surface table in the main shop where windows are glazed was found to have a surface concentration of 632.7500 micrograms per 100cm2. b) A door handle leading to the wood shop was found to have a surface concentration of 116.5700 micrograms. c) A door handle leading to the main shop from the wood shop was found to have a surface concentration of 100.7600 micrograms.
