29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: JOB SITE: 2700 Central Avenue, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901, on or about 4/20/2022, employees were permitted to place their hands in the danger zone of the Enkotec Nail machine while checking and troubleshooting gripper pins. Employees were not provided with special hand tools for placing and removing material (nails) for but not limited to: 1) Enkotec/Deacero #12424, MODEL: NA03-359, Asset #3265
