29 CFR  1910.141(c)(1)(i):  Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section:    Adair Range Office:  On or about April 21, 2022, as well as times prior to, employees (male and female), up to 40, participated in and instructed fire arms qualifications on an outdoor range where only one toilet was available and was located inside an administrative office.  The employer had not provided two available operable toilets per Table J-1.   The employees were exposed to E. coli, salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and lead hazards.

The employer had not provided a cleaning schedule, cleaning products, and ensured cleaning operations occurred to maintain sanitary condition.  The employees were exposed to E. coli, salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and lead hazards.

The employer had not provided a sink with hot and cold or tepid running water for employees to use for hand hygiene.  The employees were exposed to E. coli, salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and lead hazards.

29 CFR  1910.1025(h)(1):  All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:  Adair Range:  On or about April 21, 2022, and times prior to, employees, up to 40, participated in and instructed fire arms qualifications on an outdoor range where surfaces such as the government vehicles, Polaris ATV, picnic tables used for gun cleaning and lunch breaks, igloo water coolers, ice chest containing ice, office microwave, two office refrigerators, and an office computer workstation were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead.  The employer had not ensured surfaces  were routinely cleaned to remove lead and monitored for the accumulation of lead.  Employees were exposed to reproductive and central nervous system hazards.
