29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   (a): Facility  NW Panel- Sufficient access and working space was not maintained about an electric circuit breaker panel. Access to the circuit breaker panel was partially obstructed by a pallet containing a piece of machinery, on or about April 22, 2022.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.   (b): Facility - Forklift Charging Station - Sufficient access and working space was not maintained about a group of circuit breakers. Access to the breakers was partially obstructed by a table and carts containing items, on or about April 22, 2022.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)  (a): Facility -  Flexible wiring was used as a substitute for fixed wiring  A flexible extension cord was used in a permanent manner; the cord was wrapped around and attached to piping. The cord was used to power a parts washing machine, on or about April 22, 2022.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
