Results from an asbestos survey show that asbestos containing material (chrysotile) greater than 1 percent was detected on TSI pipe insulation located on several test cell stations, including TSI pipe insulation located in the mezzanine area. The employer did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material and/or potentially asbestos containing material, on or about 4/23/24.  b) Pump Test Cell Room: Employees are required to perform maintenance activities, including, but not limited to, valve repair/replacement and disassembly/assembly on TSI piping that contains asbestos insulation. Results from an asbestos survey show that asbestos containing material (chrysotile) greater than 1 percent was detected on TSI pipe insulation located on several test cell stations, including TSI pipe insulation located in the mezzanine area.
