29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(a)  a) Shop: Employees were using flexible cords as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure to power machinery and other items, on or about 4/17/24.   The Coffin Turbo Pump Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1591502, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/25/22, with respect to a workplace located at 326 South Dean Street, Englewood NJ 67631.   Repeat Documentation. 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)  a) Facility - Flexible wiring was used as a substitute for fixed wiring A flexible extension cord was used in a permanent manner; the cord was wrapped around and attached to piping. The cord was used to power a parts washing machine, on or about April 22, 2022.
