29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm: a) In the Warehouse, on or about April 19, 2022 - A Truck Driver was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8 hour time weighted average exposure of 501.5 ppm while a large bin was raised by an idling Hyster H60XM lift truck to allow grease to drain during the workday. This level is 10.03 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm as an 8 hour time weighted average concentration.
