29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about March 27th, 2025, at Fuchs Lubricants , Inc. located at 2140 S. 88th St. Kansas City, Kansas, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards in that the employer did not conduct periodic review of the energy control procedures for the food grade mixer as well as tank # 30.
