29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 a) On April 20, 2022 and at times prior employees performing framing activities were not using fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards at various locations throughout the jobsite. These locations included the interior and exterior top plates, and upper level balconies. The fall hazards ranged from 9 feet on interior top plate to over 25 feet on the exterior top plate and 11 to 21 feet on unguarded balconies. Note) Corrected during inspection.
