29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about April 27, 2022, a strain relief on a black power cord connected to a breaker panel outside the meeting house trailer was pulled away from plug exposing inner conductors. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
