29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii):Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about November 30, 2022 employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazards due to an unused opening not being effectively closed on a electrical panel on trailer QTRS 29A-164. Advanced Building Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1593030, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 1, 2022 with respect to a workplace located at Cactus Rig #171 King George SA 5702 Well 2H, Monahans, TX 79756.
