29 CFR 1910.335(b)(1): 29 CFR 1910.335(b)(1): Safety signs, safety symbols, or accident prevention tags were not used where necessary to warn employees about electrical hazards which may endanger them: NorAm Drilling Rig 26: On or about April 04, 2023 the employer did not ensure the proper labeling of an electrical panel. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards in the following instances. 1. Electrical panel box located adjacent to the safety room trailer do not have any form of markings. 2. A/C disconnect located on the left side of the company man's trailer does not have any form of marking.
