Three employees, who were sampled for noise exposure, were not listed as trained on the training logs.  b.)1100 Lincoln Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 - Pick Room - The employer did not train all  employees who were working in the pick room and  who were exposed to noise at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.95(k), on or about March 29, 2022.  Two employees, who were sampled for noise exposure, were not listed as trained on the training logs.  c.)1100 Lincoln Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 - Evisceration/Processing - The employer did not train all  employees who were working in the evisceration area and  who were exposed to noise at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.95(k), on or about March 29, 2022.  One employee, who was sampled for noise exposure, was not listed as trained on the training logs.  JD Workforce was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1523860, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2021.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
