29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(vi): Employees were not trained, as necessary, by a competent person the correct procedures for the handling and storage of equipment and materials and the erection of overhead protection: Building 2403: On May 12, 2022 the employer did not ensure employee(s) followed the correct procedures for handling and storage of life saving equipment such as fall protection harnesses and/or fall protection gear. Fall protection gear was stored in a gang box with saws and other tools. Employee(s) were exposed to the potential for equipment failure in an event of a fall.
