29 CFR 1910.178(n)(8): Under all travel conditions the truck was not operated at a speed that would permit it to be brought to a stop in a safe manner: On or about May 11, 2022, Isle 26 of warehouse; a forklift operator / material handler was operating a stand up forklift at a speed that did not permit it to be brought to stop in a safe manner. This condition exposed the employee to struck-by and crush-by hazards.
