Pneumatic nail guns were being used without the use of eye protection, exposing workers to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): "Steep Roofs" Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: On 5/12/2022, Interior and Exterior Construction, Inc. was installing shingles on a commercial building located at 12450 Veterans Memorial Parkway, Wentzville, Missouri. The roof measured approximately 14 feet high with a pitch of 6:12. Guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system were not implemented to eliminate fall hazards.
