29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about 19 December 2023 four employees of Interior & Exterior Construction Inc. were observed working on a residential roof at 3110 Bear View Court in Wentzville, Missouri. One employee was observed using a pneumatic nail gun without any sort of eye protection.  REPEAT-  Interior & Exterior Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1705714, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/30/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 260 High Park, Foristell, MO 63348.  Interior & Exterior Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1704948, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/30/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Ranchero Drive, St Charles 63303.  Interior & Exterior Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1595572, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/26/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 12400 Veterans Memorial Parkway, St Charles 63385.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502  On or about 19 December 2023 four employees of Interior & Exterior Construction Inc. were observed working on a residential roof at 3110 Bear View Court in Wentzville, Missouri. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to falls to the ground below.  REPEAT-  Interior & Exterior Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1705714, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/30/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 260 High Park, Foristell, MO 63348. 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allowed, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed.  On or about 19 December 2023 four employees of Interior & Exterior Construction Inc. were observed working on a residential roof at 3110 Bear View Court in Wentzville, Missouri. The ladder used to access the roof was not extended three feet above the upper landing surface.
