This condition exposed employees to lacerations and finger amputations.  b. K.B.P. Coil Coaters, Inc., 3600 E. 44th Ave, Denver, CO 80216: On and before May 11, 2022, the employer did not protect employees from pinch points while operating the slitter machine. It was observed the rollers were not guarded. This condition exposed employees to finger amputations.  c. K.B.P. Coil Coaters, Inc., 3600 E. 44th Ave, Denver, CO 80216: On and before May 11, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the yellow barrier guards at the the slitter machine were closed allowing employee access in the machine area.
