29 CFR 1910.124(c)(3):A system that sounds an alarm and automatically shuts down the operation when the vapor concentration for any substance in the exhaust airstream exceeds 25% of its LFL was not installed and functional: Coating Room: On or about October 11, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards during coating operations in that there was no system installed to alarm and shut down the operation in the event vapor concentrations exceeded 25% of the LFL in the exhaust airstream.
