Scaffold platform was rated for 500 pounds. 2 employees weighing 200 pounds each plus 100 pounds for material, as stated on section 21 the Manufacturer safety requirements. There were 3 employees on the pump jack scaffold, on or about 5/18/22.

According to the ALUM-A-POLE SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS & IMPORTANT MANUFACTURER SAFETY REQUIREMENTS states that pump jack scaffolds above 24', in height intermediate braces are required, with a maximum of 16' vertical brace spacing anywhere on the pole or poles.
