29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(v): When screens and mesh are used, they shall extend from the top edge of the guardrail system to the scaffold platform, and along the entire opening between the supports. A) 950 Stuyvesant Ave Union, NJ 07083 - The employer did not ensure the mesh used for fall protection was installed along the entire opening between the supports to protect employees from falls. This condition exposed employees to falls of approx. 60 ft. Hazards observed on or about August 4, 2023.
