29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level.    a) 1-27 Jasper St, Paterson: Employees were  working  from a fabricated frame scaffold 4 frames in height and setting the masonry blocks next to a stair tower were exposed to a 24 foot fall hazard while without a fall protection system in place, on or about 5/19/2022.  b) ) 1-27 Jasper St, Paterson: Employees setting the masonry blocks from inside the stair tower were exposed to a 24 foot fall hazard while working  from a fabricated frame scaffold  in 4 frames in height without a fall protection system in place, on or about 5/19/2022.
