29 CFR 1926.1412(g)(3): The employer did not follow the requirements in paragraphs (f)(4) through (6) of this section when a deficiency was found:  a)	Virginia Steel Erectors Joint Base Langley-Eustis: On or about May 20, 2022, a Link Belt 110-ton crawler crane was not evaluated by a qualified person after the crane struck an obstruction and break a joint weld on the boom structure.    No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.1417(p): The boom or other parts of the equipment must not contact any obstruction:  a)	Virginia Steel Erectors, Joint Base Langley-Eustis: On or about May 20, 2022, the operator used a Link Belt 110-ton crawler crane to lift connection member between two girder trusses when the boom contacted a "C" channel tab on part of the box truss.      No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR  1904.41(a)(2): Annual electronic submission of OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses by establishments with 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees in designated industries. If your establishment had 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and your establishment is classified in an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, then you must electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee. You must submit the information once a year, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form:  a)    Virginia Steel Erectors, Inc. 7716 Jefferson Davis Highway, Chesterfield, VA 23237:  On or about (date of inspection), the employer failed during calendar year 2021, to electronically submit information from their OSHA Form 300A or equivalent by 03/02/2022.  a). The establishment employed 65 employees and is classified 238120 during calendar year 2021.
