29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1):A log of all recordable work-related injuries and illness (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent) was not completed in the detail required by the regulation. a.) Clarion Sintered Metals, Inc. - The company listed the injury/illnesses on the 300 log but were not recording the actual injury the employee sustained. This occurred in cases #1-3 for Calendar Year 2022. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
