Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Jobsite: 2100 Lombard Ct, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - On or about June 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations on the 4th level of the residential construction building, approximately 27 feet above the ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. c)Jobsite: 2100 Lombard Ct, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - On or about June 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees moving lumber on the 3rd floor of the residential construction building, approximately 18 feet above the ground level, were protected from fall hazards using a fall protection system. b) Jobsite: 2100 Lombard Ct, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - On or about 06/02/2022, the employer did not ensure that an employee moving lumber on the 2nd level of the residential construction building, approximately 9 feet above the ground level, was protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.
