29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 605 Rt 130 South, Cinnaminson, NJ - The employer allowed employees to conduct residential building operations approximately 30 feet above the ground without having their personal fall arrest systems fully engaged, employees were not attached to their lanyards, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about August 17, 2022.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) 605 Route 130 South, Cinnaminson, NJ -The employer allowed employees to use a Werner 8 foot stepladder, designed to be used in the open and braced position, was left in the closed position while the employees utilized the step ladder to access/egress the roof of the building thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about August 17, 2022.
