Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Jobsite: 2100 Lomband Ct, Philadelphia, PA 19146_ - On or about June 2, 2022, A Squared Construction LLC did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations on the 4th floor of the residential construction building, approximately 27 feet above the ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. b) Jobsite: 2100 Lomband Ct, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - On or about June 2, 2022, A Squared Construction LLC did not ensure that employees moving lumber on the 2nd floor of the residential construction building, approximately 9 feet above the ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. c) Jobsite: 2100 Lomband Ct, Philadelphia, PA 19146_- On or about June 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees moving lumber on the 3rd floor of the residential construction building, approximately 18 feet above the ground level, were protected from fall hazards using a fall protection system. A Squared Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1434359, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/16/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1524 N. Philip St., Philadelphia, PA 19122. A Squared Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1491777, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/20/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2035 E Lehigh Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
