1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about June 9, 2022, Respondent failed to conduct frequent and regular inspections at the above addressed jobsite or of materials or equipment at that jobsite and failed to designate a competent employee to conduct those inspections, thereby exposing the an employee to fall hazards.
