29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about June 9, 2022, at or near 5309 Titanium Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota, for the employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet while conducting shingling operations. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1288149, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/06/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2730 Paint Ball Way in Lincoln, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1411687, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/29/2019, with respect to a workplace located in the vicinity of Del Rio Drive and Clairmount Road in Bismarck, North Dakota.
