29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about January 5, 2024 at or near 2536 Dutton Circle SE, Mandan, ND employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet when they were installing shingles on a 6/12 pitched roof without the use of proper fall protection. Note: This company was previously cited for a repeat serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1601211 , Citation 1 , Item 1 , and was affirmed as a final order on September 30, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at or near 5309 Titanium Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a repeat serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1411687, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 29, 2019, with respect to a workplace located in the vicinity of Del Rio Drive & Clairmount Road in Bismarck, North Dakota.
