Employees are exposed to struck-by hazards where boxed merchandise, stacked above head height, and in excess of 6 feet high, was not arranged in a stable and secure manner to prevent it from falling onto or in the path of employees.   Family Dollar, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1404948, citation number 1, item number 2 issued on July 29, 2019 and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 825 W Pine, Wyoming, RI 82941.  Family Dollar Distribution Center was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1287750, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 15, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1800 Family Dollar Dr., West Memphis, AR 72301.
