29 CFR  1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks are not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  (a)  Family Dollar Stores, Inc./ Family Dollar Stores of Ohio, LLC / Family Dollar Operations, LLC / Dollar Tree, Inc. / Dollar Tree Management, LLC / Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. / dba Family Dollar Store #3930: The employer exposes employees to struck by hazards from unsecured compressed gas cylinders.  This condition was observed on or about September 8, 2022, at the location of 23176 Emery Rd, Warrensville Heights, OH, 44128 in which compressed gas cylinders containing helium were not secured to prevent being incidentally knocked over.  (b)  Family Dollar Stores, Inc./ Family Dollar Stores of Ohio, LLC / Family Dollar Operations, LLC / Dollar Tree, Inc. / Dollar Tree Management, LLC / Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. / dba Family Dollar Store #3930: The employer exposes employees to struck by hazards from improper storage of compressed gas cylinders. This condition was observed on or about September 8, 2022, at the location of 23176 Emery Rd, Warrensville Heights, OH, 44128 in which compressed gas cylinders containing helium were missing the caps that cover the valves.  Family Dollar Stores of Texas, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1581314, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 1st, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2323 Fm 1960 West, Houston, TX, 77068.  Family Dollar Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1480377, citation number 3, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 24th, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 181 Straight St, Paterson, NJ, 07501.  Family Dollar Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1480368, citation number 3, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 17th, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 550 Getty Ave, Clifton, NJ, 07011.
