29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: 375 East Main Street Building C: On or about June 28, 2022, the employer did not ensure guardrail systems were installed on the scaffold platform being used by a mason who was exposed to the unguarded edge approximately 17 feet above the ground.

29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1):For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section. 375 East Main Street Building C: On or about June 28, 2022, the employer did not ensure the employee performing the task identified in Table 1 section (ii) used a saw equipped with an integrated delivery system with continuous water delivery while cutting concrete blocks.
