29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) 29 Bell Street, Stamford CT: On or about August 28, 2023, the employee on the scaffolding were exposed to a large opening in the working platform with a fall distance to the lower level of approximately 19 feet while performing tasks such as (but not limited to) bricklaying activities.
