Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employer and employees were engaged in framing operations on a residential structure. This was most recently documented on or about June 28, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 20714 Cedar Cir. Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022. The exposed employees were standing on the finished OSB/joists of the residential first level structure at heights over 6 feet and not utilizing any form of fall protection.
