The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about May 3rd, 2023, at 16614 Camelback Ave, Omaha, Nebraska 68136. Employees were conducting framing operations on a mobile scaffolding and was not protected from falling to the lower level as required by this sub-part. Buchanan & Son Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1426747, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-8-2019, with respect to a workplace located at 10106 S 105th Ave. La Vista, Nebraska 68128.
