29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): This standard is applicable to construction employment as defined by 1926.59: The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): Employees engaged in framing activities at the jobsite located at 20714 Cedar Circle, Elkhorn, Nebraska, were exposed to potential chemical exposure hazards in that safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals used by the employees, which included but not limited to construction glue, were not maintained at the jobsite. These chemicals can cause eye and skin irritation if contacted.
