On or about June 27, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees working below roof tear off operations, were not wearing hard hats to protect against falling materials and debris, exposing the employees to struck by hazards. J & K Enterprises of Chicago, Inc. dba J & K Home Improvement & Restoration was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1420367, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 20, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 611 Wakeman Ave. in Wheaton, Illinois.

On or about June 27, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eighteen (18) feet seven (7) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. b. On or about June 27, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet six (6) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. J & K Enterprises of Chicago, Inc. dba J & K Home Improvement & Restoration was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1531912, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 31, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 900 Garden Ln. in Homewood, Illinois.
