Willbanks Metals Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1227663, citation number 001, item number 003, issued on August 18, 2018, and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1155 NE 28th Street in Fort Worth, TX. 76106.
