(b) 635 Rishel Drive, Emigsville, PA, Lot 104, second floor - On or about July 6, 2022, employees used the circular saw without wearing appropriate eye or face protection. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) (a) 635 Rishel Drive, Emigsville, PA, Lot 104, second floor - On or about July 6, 2022, employees were working at the unprotected edges of the second floor residential structure which was between 10 feet and 18 feet above grade without a means of fall protection. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
