The employer did not develop, document, and utilize procedures to effectively control hazardous energy for employees that perform blade changes and saw greasing.  P&L Pallet Repair was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1533399, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as final order on October 20, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 902 13th St N, Great Falls, Montana 59401.
