At a worksite located at 5737 Earl Circle North, Jacksonville, FL 32219: On or about July 13, 2022, the employer exposed employees to eye injury hazards, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees who were operating pneumatic nail guns to nail down roof shingles.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On a flat roof, at a worksite located at 5737 Earl Circle North, Jacksonville, Florida 32219: On or about July 13, 2022, the employer exposed seven employees to fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees while nailing down roof shingles. The employees were exposed to the hazard of falls ranging from 10 to 18-foot to the ground.
