29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch. Wood Shop: An Ace Dual Light 6" grinder (SN# 021186) had a measured 1" gap between the tongue guard on the right side and a 1/2" gap on the left side. Employees are exposed to laceration and impalement hazards.
