29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: OHV Storage: On and/or before June 27, 2024, an electrical panel was blocked by a large bin containing brooms, shovels, rakes and other outdoor equipment. This condition interfered with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to electric shock and/or fire hazard(s).
