29 CFR  1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  In the following areas where corrosive chemical materials were handled, eyewash stations were not available for immediate use: a) Buffet Kitchen:  Eye wash station was missing. b) Elicit Kitchen: Eye wash station was missing. Employees were potentially exposed to eye burns or blindness.

29 CFR  1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasion:    Bull & Bourbon Kitchen: On or before July 15, 2022, employees conducted meal preparation and used industrial equipment to cook and bake food.  The employer did not ensure protective gloves/mitts were provided and used by employees to protect from heat sources during hot tray removal from the ovens. Employees were exposed to dermal burns.
