The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about July 19th, 2022, in Omaha, Nebraska 68136. Multiple employees were observed conducting framing operations and they were utilizing a mobile platform that was not attached to the forklift.

The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about July 19th, 2022, in Omaha, Nebraska 68136. An employee was observed walking in close proximity of a large hole that was unprotected and located on the main level of the residential structure.
