Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  a) Jara Construction Inc., at the jobsite located at 2728 Cranbrooke Ln., Lot 2726, Delaware, Ohio 43015: On and/or preceding July 19, 2022, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was utilized by employee engaged in framing activities to a single-family residential house, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards greater than 24 feet.  Jara Construction Inc. was previously cited for a Willful-Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518040, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/13/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 11121 Cedar Crest Drive, Plain City, Ohio 43064.  Jara Construction Inc. was previously cited for a Willful-Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1519871, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/26/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 282 Riverside Dr., Commercial Point, Ohio 43116.  Jara Construction Inc. was previously cited for a Willful-Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1512315, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/15/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 766 Fescue Road, Sunbury, Ohio 43704.
